Inex Developments celebrated the first phase of construction of phase one at Ingwe Estate, an exclusive eco property development located at The Crags, Plettenberg Bay.
Construction at Ingwe Estate began with the removal of alien vegetation in keeping with the zoning conditions imposed by Bitou Municipality.
The off-the grid eco estate will offer residents the ability to live alongside nature in a safe and secure environment.
Plant and equipment are on site to construct a new water storage dam and clearing alien vegetation and preparing an area to be utilised for regenerative agriculture.
The permaculture development teams are also on site and have started the implementation process.
